Super Easy Tomato Pizza

Ever been hungry and don’t know what to make and need an easy fast recipe? Well the answer to your prayers is here pizza! Pizza is an easy and fast to make food which can be made in a relatively fast time with minimal ingredients.

Follow these instructions and you’ll be on your way to pizza making heaven!

serves 1


For basic dough

80g of self raising flour

60ml of water

1 quarter of a teaspoon of salt

For Topping

5 cherry tomatoes

1 slice of Gouda cheese

100g of grated Mozzerella

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

a pinch of Black Pepper


Heat your oven to 220°C/428°F /Gas mark 7 and place a baking tray with aluminum foil on it into the oven to heat up.

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and mix together.

Make a crater in the flour and slowly add water and oil to form a soft dough .

Knead the dough for about 3 minutes on a floured surface until smooth.


Shape the pizza dough into a ball and roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about a 20.5cm/8 inch diameter

(use a rolling pin if you have one otherwise use a bottle or can like me)

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place on the base of the pizza

season the tomatoes with salt to your taste

sprinkle with olive oil and pepper.

Add your grated mozzarella to your pizza first and then cut your Gouda slice in to four strips and lay out on your cooking tray

and transfer it to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbling.

season with basil leaves and serve immediately.
