Ever wondered how to make the perfect

Irish breakfast but in a smaller healthier portion?

Well here’s how

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 Strip of Smoked Bacon

2 Cuts of black Pudding

4 Tomatoes

1 Large Free Range Egg

1: Put all ingredients  in a pan

2: Fry on a Medium heat for around 5 minutes

3: Remove ingredients from the pan and serve  alone or with bread
