Easy 90 min Bread Loaf

Everyone loves a fresh loaf of bread but the these days getting one can be hard and you never know what could be in it, well its time to give power to people! Baking your own bread is easier, cheaper and better tasting than supermarket bought bread so if you have 90 minutes and a few ingredients you can make bread whenever you want to and you’ll be saving money!

Ingredients

2 cups of all purpose flour or 300g

2 table spoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

1 packet of instant rise yeast

a cup of milk or 236ml

1 egg

 

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together
  2. Heat up your milk (I used my microwave)
  3. Add the milk to the dry ingredients
  4. Add egg to the dry ingredients
  5. Mix for about 7 minutes or until it forms a dough
  6. Heavily flour your work surface and knead the dough for about 5 mins
  7. Get your dough and put a cloth over it and let it rise for 10 mins
  8. Get your dough and flatten with your hands into a type of pancake
  9. Roll the pancake into a sort roll and place it in your bread pan allow to rise for 30 minutes and preheat oven to 190 degrees Centigrade or 375 Fahrenheit Centigrade
  10. Put the bread in to your oven for 35 minutes
  11. Take the bread out of the oven and serve.
